Our team is devoted to providing excellent oral hygiene care to patients of all ages. During your first visit we will complete a thorough review of your dental care history and we will also complete an oral exam. Upon completion of the exam we will provide you with the treatment options available and the amount of dental visit required.
Oral Hygiene services include:
Periodontal assessment is a necessary element to every dental hygiene exam. If early disease is detected, there is a great chance that the negative impacts can be reversed with ongoing and regular visits to our dental office. If the disease is in a more advanced level, it can be treated with non-surgical therapy which include cleaning below the gum line with antibacterial treatments. If this is a severe case of gum disease, the patient will be referred to a periodontist with surgery being a possibility in order to stop it from spreading, reducing it or minimize the progression. The staff will provide feedback and advise on maintaining good oral hygiene and some prevention techniques for the patient.
