We bill your insurance company directly and monitor the progress of your claims. Please notify us of any changes to your insurance plan. Regardless of your insurance coverage, you are responsible for the fees charged by our office. Most insurance providers will process claims within four to six weeks, and any remaining balance will be your responsibility.

Just had my first appointment with DentiSmile. I am not afraid of dentistry at all, but get a lot of anxiety trying out a new dentist. I need not have worried - the staff are very friendly and very professional, and I felt very well taken care of. They went through key details they saw on the photographs they took, so that I understood both what they were doing and what they advised I have done, and the cleaning was efficient and painless. Highly recommended.

I recently visited DentiSmile for a tooth extraction, and I have to say it was the best dental experience of my entire life. Dr. Asal was incredibly professional, making the procedure quick and completely painless. The clinic itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and calming environment. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I can't recommend this clinic enough—it’s by far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had!

It was my second visit at DentiSmile. Like the first time, I got a reminder a day before my appointment. I only had to reply Y to confirm. It was that easy. When arrived the receptionist greeted me and knew who I was and asked me to take a seat and the doctor would call me (actually the dental assistant). This is a modern clinic and I've been impressed with their tools and equipment - never seen them before and I thought my former dentist's clinic was very modern. well maybe when I started seeing them years ago. DentiSmile is bright and sunny, very comfortable and welcoming and clean (incl. their own washroom). I am grateful to the government for this new Canada Dental plan that allows clients to choose any private clinic that is registered. The registry shows a photo of the dentists and includes info about their training, where they studied and their specialization.The program is inclusive and does not discriminate.
